Debe registrarlo ante la autoridad competente, proporcionarle alimento, albergue y buen trato, brindarle los cuidados veterinarios indispensables para su bienestar y no someterlo a sufrimientos a lo largo de su vida.\r\n\r\nLa tenencia responsable implica tambi\u00e9n la obligaci\u00f3n de adoptar todas las medidas necesarias para evitar que la mascota o animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda cause da\u00f1os a las personas o a la propiedad de otros.\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n \t<li><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se entiende por animal abandonado?<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nEs toda mascota que se encuentre sin la vigilancia de la persona responsable de \u00e9l o que deambule suelto por la v\u00eda p\u00fablica. Tambi\u00e9n se considerar\u00e1 animal abandonado el que hubiese sido dejado en situaci\u00f3n de desamparo en una propiedad privada.\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n \t<li><strong>\u00bfFiscalizaciones por inspectores municipales?<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nLa municipalidad est\u00e1 facultada legalmente para realizar fiscalizaciones respecto del\u00a0 cumplimiento de la Ley 21.020, y de su Reglamento.\r\n\r\nLos Inspectores Municipales podr\u00e1n denunciar las infracciones al Juzgado de Polic\u00eda Local, quienes actuar\u00e1n de oficio o a solicitud de vecinos de la comuna, ello sin perjuicio del derecho de estos \u00faltimos a denunciar de forma particular.\r\n\r\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n \t<li><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 sanciones establece la Ley sobre tenencia responsables de mascotas?<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Toda falta a las disposiciones de la ley se sancionar\u00e1 con multa de una a treinta unidades tributarias mensuales ($<u>918.800<\/u>.- aproximadamente), sin perjuicio de la aplicaci\u00f3n de lo dispuesto en el C\u00f3digo Penal sobre maltrato animal<\/li>\r\n \t<li>En caso de reincidencia, podr\u00e1 imponerse hasta el doble de la multa ($<u>837.600<\/u>.- aproximadamente), quedando adem\u00e1s el juez de polic\u00eda local facultado para disponer el comiso del animal.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Finalmente, se le recuerda que en lo sucesivo se efectuaran fiscalizaciones de la Ley de Tenencia Responsable de Mascotas.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong><u>EVITE MULTAS<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>UNIDAD DE MEDIO AMBIENTE<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong>ILUSTRE MUNICIPALIDAD DE CAMARONES<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11ba05e elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"11ba05e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/scl\/fi\/x7orohhn8xcryn10xo8or\/DECRETO-439-ORDENANZA-MUNICIPAL-TENENCIA-RESPONSABLE-DE-MASCOTAS.pdf?rlkey=s0a001riqfm9oxrdi6fprhevz&#038;st=eega1cvw&#038;dl=0\" target=\"_blank\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">VER DECRETO<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ILUSTRE MUNICIPALIDAD DE CAMARONES La Ilustre Municipalidad de Camarones, a trav\u00e9s de su Unidad de Medio Ambiente recuerda a Ud., las siguientes disposiciones en materia de tenencia responsable de mascotas: \u00bfQu\u00e9 es la tenencia responsable?
